What is CVV2?

An important new security feature for card-not-present transactions
now appears on the back of most credit cards. This new feature is a
three-digit value which provides a cryptographic check of the
information embossed on the card.

CVV2's Location:
The CVV2 three-digit value for Visa/MasterCard is printed on the signature panel on the back of credit cards, four-digit for Amex on the front of the card, immediately following the card account number.

The CVV2 value helps validate two things:
The customer has their credit card in his/her possession.
The card account is legitimate.

CVV2 is not contained in the magnetic stripe information, nor does it appear on sales receipts.

At American Vitamin Company we process orders quickly, so please contact customer service as soon as possible if you want to make changes. Please note that once an order has left our premises, it cannot be cancelled, however you can return it if you wish.

For APO or FPO addresses, please enter APO or FPO in the City field and one of the following two-letter codes in the State field: AE for Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada; AA for Armed Forces Americas; and AP for Armed Forces Pacific. Also make sure that you have selected United States in the Country field.

Returns Policy

We at American Vitamin Company are confident of the products we sell. Should there be any dissatisfaction with any of the products you have purchased you can return the purchases within 30 days and get your purchase price back, no questions asked. We only require that the product be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories. Must not have been used. We will also need your receipt.

Goods damaged prior to or during delivery
If your purchase was damaged when you received it, we'll send you an undamaged one freight free. You will need to return the damaged product to us so that we can assess it.
